We are updating our prices early next year. Starting January 1, 2024, prices for Friday Night at the ER game kits and facilitator training will increase by 15%.
We have postponed this decision for years, but feel this is the best way for us to continue to offer you the same premium product and customer service we have since 1992. The change also helps us continue to adapt our product for new challenges and opportunities ahead.
Recent Improvements
In the last few years, we have made many improvements to enhance the experience with our product for both facilitators and players. Highlights include:
- A video of the game instructions so you no longer have to read or memorize them
- Remote Facilitator Training so you can train at your own pace from any location
- A Support Center with searchable help articles, downloads and a community forum
New Developments in the Works
We are currently hard at work on a few exciting new developments including:
- Barrier walls that block visibility to emphasize the challenge of working in silos
- A participant workbook to make the debrief material more interactive and actionable
- An online version of the game for hybrid and fully online learning programs
