Exciting news! A new video of the game instructions is now available! This new resource will save valuable prep and game time, and make starting a game program easier than ever.
It’s always been important to deliver the game instructions carefully, but we admit it could be easier and more engaging. Now, instead of reading or memorizing the script, which can be tedious, customers will have the option of showing the animated video.
Using it will:
- Save time. It takes less than 20 minutes, eliminating the need to memorize the instructions. It will also minimize player interruptions.
- Improve the player experience. We pair step-by-step directions with animations to help players understand the instructions more easily.
- Build consistency. The video ensures all groups receive the same instructions, leading to a more consistent game experience for everyone.
- Give facilitators less to worry about. From set up to preparing the debrief, there is already plenty to do. Now, the new video can deliver the instructions.
The video is now available for customers in the Support Center. To access it, follow these simple steps:
- Log into the Support Center. If you don’t have a free customer account yet, simply click on the blue button above to create one. (Allow one business day.)
- Click on the Downloads tab.
- Go to the resource list on the right, titled For Facilitators.
- Look for [NEW] Video Instructions, available now as a live link to play from your browser, and eventually as a downloadable MP4 video file.
