We’re proud to welcome Phil Cady to our panel of expert facilitators. Phil is a Canadian systems thinking expert who uses experiential activities as part of his international consulting practice, Cognitive Leadership Strategies West. He is a founding partner of the LEADS Learning Scholar Practitioner Network, and since 1997, has served as an associate faculty member at Royal Roads University in British Columbia in the Master of Arts in Leadership and MBA program. Phil has worked extensively in the health sector, among other industries, as a teacher and consultant, and as faculty for the Physician Leadership Institute.
Phil is an experienced consultant who brings years of systems thinking research to his practice. He is now available to lead Friday Night at the ER programs for higher education, non-profits, the private sector, healthcare organizations and all levels of government. Welcome, Phil!
