We are excited to announce a new Debrief Workbook that takes our post-game debrief to the next level.

To help you lead more engaging and actionable debriefs, we have developed a series of quick exercises designed to help participants reflect on key lessons and support the transfer of these insights to the real world. The result is a more dynamic experience for your participants and a record of the group’s insights for both you and your group to act on in the future.

Now, following the initial debrief slides, you can switch to the six-page workbook to focus your group on the three core strategies (collaboration, innovation and data-driven decisions). Using the workbooks, participants will think more critically about the core strategies, how they apply to their actual work and the barriers that prevent these desired behaviors in the workplace.

Use the Debrief Workbook with our updated presentation slides to fit the standard half-day learning program. For groups that have the time to go further, stay tuned for an extended version coming soon, which will include several additional exercises.

This new resource is now available for customers to download in our Support Center. To access it, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Support Center and log in. If you haven’t set up your account yet, click the “Request an account” button. (Allow one business day for our team to verify you.)
2. Click on the Downloads tab.
3. Look for [NEW] Debrief Workbook in the list titled “For Participants.”
4. Also find [UPDATED] Presentation Slides in the list titled “For Facilitators.”
