We are launching a new virtual version of Friday Night at the ER!
We are excited to bring you an entirely new way to experience the game — vFNER! Adapted for online programs, vFNER will deliver the same lessons and real-time team interaction as our tabletop game, but at a whole new level of accessibility and ease. All your learners will need is a computer and a modern web browser to participate in online group learning programs. vFNER will be available in early 2024.
As we move forward to offer you more choice and flexibility, we are not only adapting the game for online use, but building on our distinctive design and user-friendly functionality to optimize the new digital experience. vFNER will have fresh new visuals, time-saving automations and user-friendly features to guide you and your learners through each hour of the simulation.
Teams will start in online breakout rooms in Zoom or any video conferencing platform. Each participant will have a unique link that sends them to their assigned department for an orientation video. Working in teams, participants will manage their departments by completing five steps each simulated hour using clickable game cards and other digital game components. The online version will have a synchronized countdown timer to help groups stay on pace, an automated paperwork and scoring system, and other exciting new features.
For facilitators, there will be a new online dashboard where you can plan, manage and pay for your game sessions. The new dashboard will let you:
- schedule game sessions and build participant rosters
- assign participants to teams and roles
- send game links to participants
- monitor participant progress mid-game and track performance scores
- choose from multiple payment options including invoice, PO or participant payment
- and much more
We are also excited to launch a new, flexible pricing model for vFNER to support greater access to the game. vFNER will have per-participant pricing you can easily scale up or down depending on your group size, and payment options for one-time sessions and frequent, ongoing use.
To preview the new version and learn about training, pricing and how to access it, please join us for a free webinar Tuesday, Nov. 14 at 9 am Pacific / 12 pm Eastern.
Attendees will also learn about special pre-sale pricing.
