Great news! Nurses who complete our new Remote Facilitator Training and Certification Course can now earn 9.0 contact hours for continuing professional development.

This is ideal for nurse leaders and nurse educators who already plan to take the course to learn how to deliver effective Friday Night at the ER learning programs for their groups as there is no additional work or fee required to receive the continuing education credit.

To earn the contact hours, participants must have access to a game kit, and complete all five course modules and self-assessments, including the facilitation of one game program with at least four people, and two mentor check-ins (after module three and module five). The expiration date for the activity is Jan. 31, 2023.

“We are thrilled to offer this added benefit to some of our customers who are already taking the course to advance their skillset to fulfill their roles as nurse leaders and educators,” explains Breakthrough Learning CEO Jeff Heil. “Now they can follow our structured approach to facilitator training and satisfy their continuing education requirements at the same time.”
